The Daily Dose of Iron Workout B routine first appeared in Issue #2. The Daily Dose of Iron Workout B routine is a conditioning-focused kettlebell workout using one circuit with four exercises total.
The following workout features four exercises in one circuit. Perform all exercises one after the other without rest until all reps of each round are complete. Rest 1 to 2 minutes between rounds.
