Dawn of the Bell Workout B
The Dawn of the Bell Workout B routine is an endurance-focused kettlebell workout using a single circuit of five exercises.
The following workout features five exercises in a single circuit. Perform all exercises one after the other without rest until all reps of each round are complete. Rest 1 to 2 minutes between rounds.
