The Four Weeks to Completion Workout B routine first appeared in Issue #1. The Four Weeks to Completion Workout B routine is a strength-focused kettlebell workout using one circuit with five exercises total.
The following workout features five exercises in one circuit. Perform all exercises one after the other without rest until all reps of each round are complete. Rest 1 to 2 minutes between rounds.
