The Four Weeks to Completion Workout C routine first appeared in Issue #1. The Four Weeks to Completion Workout C routine is an endurance/agility-focused bodyweight workout using one circuit with six exercises total.
The following workout features six exercises in one circuit. Perform all exercises one after the other without rest until all reps of each round are complete. Rest 1 to 2 minutes between rounds.
