The Four Weeks to Completion Workout E routine first appeared in Issue #1. The Four Weeks to Completion Workout E routine is a strength and conditioning-focused kettlebell workout using one circuit with five exercises total.
The following workout features five exercises in one circuit. Rest for 30 seconds between each exercise. Rest 1 to 2 minutes between rounds.
