The Kettlebell Complex Workout #1 routine first appeared in Issue #2 of Mad Fit Magazine. This is a strength-focused kettlebell workout using a single circuit of three exercises.

Workout Instructions

The following workout features three exercises in a single circuit. Perform all exercises one after the other without rest until all reps of each round are complete. Rest 1 to 2 minutes between rounds.
