The Strength Circuit

The strength circuit workout first appeared in Issue #3. This routine is a strength-focused kettlebell workout using three exercises total.

Workout Instructions

You’ll need two kettlebells of different sizes. One medium-heavy and one heavy kettlebell (I usually use one 20kg and one 24kg). You will be going back and forth between the two sizes per exercise. You’ll go through one full exercise on both sides for five full rounds before moving onto the next exercise. Take a full minute break in between exercises.
