300 Rep Challenge

The 300 rep challenge workout first appeared in Issue #3. This routine is a strength-focused kettlebell workout using three exercises total.

Workout Instructions

You only need one kettlebell for this one, and make it a heavy (I use 24kgs for the challenge). You will do 10 reps of each exercise for 5 sets. Once you are done you will have done 300 Reps. If you want to really challenge yourself try and do 50 Reps of one exercise on each side before moving onto the other side, then move onto the next exercise.
